Parc Carafannau Y Bala Caravan Park

Built over 50 years ago, Bala Caravan Park is the first and only park designed entirely by our family from the ground up. With no industry experience at the time, David and Eirian Williams took a risk and decided to invest their life savings to turn their vision of building a caravan park in Eryri (Snowdonia) of the highest possible standard into a reality. It soon became apparent they had a sharp eye and key insight into the needs of their owners as they were awarded the 5-star grading by Visit Wales.Bala Caravan Park is situated on a hillside offering spectacular views of Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) and the Berwyn Mountains. Much time and thought have gone into enhancing the wonderful natural setting of the park with mature trees, shrubs, and spectacular banks of planting. Our commitment to maintaining the natural environment has been recognized by our receiving a Gold-level, David Bellamy Conservation Award from the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH & HPA).

We believe in giving you as much space as possible and all our Holiday Homes have exceptionally spacious pitches, surrounded by mature planting, with fine views of the lake or countryside. The pitches are fully serviced and linked by lit, well-maintained, tarmac roads.
