Every cottage has been beautifully designed to maximise our guest’s enjoyment. Whether it be the enormous windows of Y Beudy, the upstairs balcony of Ysgubor or the manicured gardens of Llwyn Piod, each cottage offers a unique touch.

Imagine waking up in the morning with a coffee in hand and opening your windows to be greeted by breathtaking views of the Aran mountain and the surrounding hills. With wildlife in every corner, the only noise you’ll hear will be the the singing of the birds, the soft babbling brook and the faint distant sounds of the sheep and horses. We all know the benefits of fresh air and you won’t find cleaner air anywhere than here.

The local village of Llanuwchllyn is a 15 minute country walk. On one side of the village you’ll find an excellent community-owned pub called Yr Eagles and on the other side a little steam train that goes along Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) to the town of Y Bala.

The owners, Gareth and Sioned, live in the farmhouse next to the cottages and are more than happy to help and advise when needed.
