The Prestige Burleigh

The Prestige Burleigh is a welcoming lodge with a fresh colour scheme and plenty of space. This fresh and modern lodge is the perfect holiday home offering exceptional value for money without compromising on space and style.

The open-plan living area has vaulted ceilings and extra windows, creating a light and airy space, while the imitation log burner creates a warming ambience during the colder months.

The living room features a colour-coordinated sofa, curtains and carpets, and French doors that open out onto the decking area. The fully fitted high gloss kitchen comes with a four-burner gas hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. In the living area, you will also find a dining table, four chairs, a coffee table and a lamp table.

All three bedrooms come with fully fitted furniture and the master bedroom benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. All three bedrooms provide the comfort and space that are perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

The Prestige Burleigh is located at Pen y Garth, superbly situated within the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. The park is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, just a short walk from Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) and approximately one mile from the historic town of Y Bala. Pen y Garth is landscaped in a way that gives each holiday home optimum privacy and tranquillity.
